 SERVICES

The effects of racism and poverty are devastating.  Substandard housing, unequal education, disparities in the justice system; disparities in laws and their application; lack of affordable health care; and, job discrimination are only a few.  Furthermore, our precious Constitutional rights are in jeopardy; eavesdropping , and collection and maintenance of DNA are violating our right to privacy and some of the sentencing guidelines are jeopardizing our protection from cruel and excessive punishments.

 Realizing that knowledge is the key to uniting all of us, we are here to help by offering several services:

 ·        A VOICE FOR THOSE WHO NEED ONE;

·         Answers to questions that relate to our areas of concern;

 ·         Research and articles or papers relating to poverty and/or racism;

 ·         Assisting in the fight against legislation that will disparately effect our minorities or poor;

 ·        Advocating for those affected by poverty, racism, or abuse;

·         Advocate on your behalf or direct you to organizations that can help you with specific issues or programs;

 ·         Initial conversations with families where factual wrongful convictions are at issue and putting them in touch with legal organizations that might be able to assist them further;

 ·         Responding to a variety of situations in our interest areas as needed or requested; and,

 ·         A VOICE FOR THOSE WHO NEED ONE

 As we progress, we will be seeking funding to help us to expand our services.

 If you have questions or need information or assistance we are available by email or phone at any time.  Please do not suffer the consequences of racism, abuse or poverty alone.  Please see our contact page.

AThe world has been filled with prisons and dungeons, with chains and whips, with crosses and gibbets, with thumb-screws and racks, with hangmen and headsmen C and yet these frightful means and instrumentalities and crimes have accomplished little for the preservation of property or life. It is safe to say that governments have committed far more crimes than they have prevented. As long as society bows and cringes before the great thieves, there will be little ones enough to fill the jails.@ Robert Ingersoll
